Dilogic Group hires only experienced operators. We do not run analyst pyramids. We do not staff with junior consultants. Every engagement is led by an operator with a proven track record in their practice — the person who scopes the engagement delivers it.

What that means for hiring: the people who fit Dilogic are senior operators who have already run the practice they are joining us in. CMOs who built the marketing engine. CGOs who shipped the GTM motion. CSOs who held the strategy through delivery. Experienced consultants from top-tier strategy backgrounds — and operators ready to work at the principal level instead of inside a pyramid.

Direct ownership

Senior partners scope and deliver their own engagements. There is no junior team writing the slides. The work is directly with CEOs and senior leaders, in the room, until the results are showing.

Deep, not numerous

A partner runs two or three engagements at a time, not ten. The depth is the point.

Outcome-tied

Compensation is a mix of fixed and outcome-tied — partners share in the upside of the engagements they run. Senior-only economics work because senior people can carry the work without leverage.

Is Dilogic Group hiring right now?
We hire when the right senior operator finds us, not on a calendar. The talent pipeline is open at all times — submit your interest and we will reach out when a fit emerges. When we have specific open roles, they are listed at /careers. If that page is empty, no roles are currently active.
Does Dilogic hire junior consultants or analysts?
No. Dilogic is a senior-only firm by design. There is no analyst pyramid. Every engagement is run by a partner with a proven track record of operating experience. We do not run open recruitment cycles for early-career roles, and we tell early-career applicants directly that this isn't the right firm yet.
How long does the hiring process take?
Slow on purpose. The cost of a wrong senior hire is too high to move quickly. From first conversation to offer is typically 8–14 weeks, including practical engagement on a real or simulated case. We will tell you no quickly when the fit isn't right.
Where would I be based?
Dilogic operates from Dubai (HQ), Cairo, and London. Most senior partners are based in one of the three offices but travel against engagement need. Remote-first arrangements exist for partners with deep regional networks; we discuss them case by case.
